Executive Placements, with intelligence… Over time it has become obvious to the directors of TCS that the current process of placing individuals with a new organisation has, in most instances, lost credibility. What we mean is that the quality of individuals that are available come from a pool where there is an element of ‘placement without thinking’ and ultimately the placement has a high probability of failure. The recruitment of these individuals create the need for agents to provide replacements for these roles and so it continues. The standard database is full of the same candidates that tend to appear with a level of regularity.

Our position within this market is based on experience from our consultancy business allows us to have trusted connections with all logistics, express parcel, mail, sameday and freight organisations across Europe and the world. With our experience working for express logistics organisations over the last 20 years we understand, uniquely what is required to do the job from junior level through to a board member. Ultimately the right person for the right job probably has one, which is why TCS Executives are different to a standard recruitment process.

Our proposal is simple. We use our skills and experience we have acquired working in the express logistics market. We call on this expertise to identify quality executives and work with our clients to evaluate what they need. We evaluate our clients primary objective and help them create the desired specification, so when we select an executive they will have the skills, qualities and abilities to meet the demands of the role. We decided to take this approach to define more accurately the right role for the available skills in the market.
